    Global Resourcing Advisor

    At Eni, we are looking for a Global Resourcing Advisor within EIRL in London. You will be responsible for recruitment activities, managing vacancies (expatriate or local) for the dedicated client group and dealing with candidate sourcing and qualifying, supplier and stakeholder management, screening and assessing candidates, presenting shortlists, and arranging, and conducting interviews.

    As a member of the global resourcing department at EIRL, you will be responsible for:

    • End-to-end resourcing processes from approval to job offer, meeting quality, time, cost and compliance KPIs
    • Candidate sourcing via contracted suppliers and available databases. Initial telephone screening and competency interviews by phone or video. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, on time and in line with Eni's compliance standards.
    • Acting as the point of contact for HRBPs and line managers for all recruitment matters
    • Attending recruitment review meetings
    • Carrying out manager briefings to identify key requirements of new roles, advising on external market skills availability and appropriate routes to market and timescales
    • Ensuring Tale and trackers are continuously and correctly updated for all stages of resourcing processes
    • Making proactive contributions for further process improvements.
    • Responsible for compliance with corporate processes, adhering to the "right-first-time" culture
    • Acting as a point of reference on compliance matters to the client group
    • Ensuring all aspects of the recruitment process are aligned with the company's D&I strategy
    • Ensuring all data processing relating to resourcing activity undertaken is conducted in line with the Privacy MSG
    • Playing an active role in participating in Global Resourcing or EIRL projects as required.

    This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

    • In-house or agency recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, technology, or corporate functions
    • Client management experience, ideally in an international context
    • Demonstrable experience in working with defined recruitment processes.
    • Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages strongly desirable, such as Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese or Greek
    • Ideally some exposure to an international context
