About the RoleThe Primary Care Network (PCN) comprising of Ambrose Avenue Group Practice, Riverside Health Centre, and Ardleigh Surgery (ARA) is currently looking to recruit an experienced clinical pharmacist to join their growing teams. The role is full time, however part time hours will be considered.
Job summary: To support the effective delivery of patient care in the GP practice by utilising pharmaceutical skillsto appropriately manage medical demand and ensure that patients see the right clinician.

We are looking for people who can support the effective delivery of patient care across the PCN by utilising pharmaceutical skills to appropriately manage medical demand and ensure that patients see the right clinician. You will be joining an enthusiastic team of clinicians and administrators. You will be well supported with on-going professional development (training support, CPD and peer support). The role will contribute to the improving quality of care of our patients across the network of practices.
