    Job summary

    The successful candidate will work as an Admin Support for the Advanced Practice Physiotherapy (APP) team, the APP Team Leads and will include work to support the Orthopaedic Strategy Lead. You will need to cope with a busy workload, achieving deadlines and balancing competing priorities

    Main duties of the job

  • Manage the provision of a full and accurate admin service to the APP team to ensure that all business is dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports and presentation material sometimes to tight deadlines, ensuring all written communication is dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with the induction of staff, locums and students as required.
  • Maintain confidential staff records for the APP team
  • Be responsible for typing reports, correspondence, minutes and other material as requested by APP Team.
  • To assist the APP Lead, Senior Management Team in their diary management
  • Organising meetings including agendas and minutes
  • Maintenance of the relevant shared drives and confidential staff personnel files
  • To participate in Clinical Governance / audit projects as required
  • Managing Healthroster for the APP team
  • Management of team diaries for work in primary care and collection of data for these services.
  • Liaison with other services to support the APP team eg Learning and Development, IT, e-rostering, HR
  • It is essential to be well organised and self-motivated.
