    Morgan McKinley are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to be a business partner for our Recruitment Solutions brand. With offices across Europe, UK, APAC and Canada, and an expanding Group portfolio of Advisory, Technology Services, Business Process Outsourcing, this is an exciting time to join us as we launch new services.

    The successful professional will be expert in recruitment marketing, and will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising marketing campaigns with the goal of delivering B2B and B2C leads, positive customer engagement, and a consistent brand experience.

    Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

    • Partner with the recruitment solutions business leaders to identify opportunities and high growth customer segments across our global operations.
    • Define and own the strategy for end-to-end integrated campaigns and build out an agreed calendar of content and campaigns to support that growth potential.
    • Plan and collaborate with in-house digital team to build automation email campaigns to drive client and candidate leads and engagement using Herefish technology.
    • Understand the competitive landscape and develop strong campaign copy, differentiators and value propositions for our key services.
    • Partner with the in-house graphic design team to create assets for your campaigns.
    • Monitor campaign performance and lead management plan for all tactics and adjust campaign tactics to improve response volume and quality.
    • Be a proactive and consultative business partner, advising our stakeholders on the best marketing practices which enable measurable results. Present quarterly KPIs and results to relevant business stakeholders.

    Ideal Background of the Marketing Manager

    • Degree or equivalent marketing related qualification.
    • Previous recruitment marketing experience, ideally in an international business.
    • Expert understanding of the marketing mix and highly proficient in building campaigns.
    • Social media marketing experience and ability to manage channels.
    • Email marketing experience, having used automation tools in the past.
    • Event planning experience, supporting promotions and campaigns.
    • Outstanding business partnering skills with the ability to influence without authority, think proactively and enjoy stakeholder relationships.
    • An analytical mindset, action focused, and adept at delivering campaigns with tangible results for the business.
    • A strong attention to detail regarding brand, content marketing, and design.
    • Good understanding of digital marketing channels (paid and organic search, affiliates, email, display, social and Google Analytics).
    • Confident at working in a hybrid working environment, with sales experts around the globe.
