Identity and Access Management Analyst

East London - Hybrid

Supporting operational IAM activities including Joiners Movers Leavers (JML) and monitoring as well as support on developing the maturing of the IAM function.

Reporting directly into the Identity and Access Management Lead, and working closely across teams such as cyber security, risk and infrastructure, this is an excellent opportunity to get stuck into a social cause and develop your career.

Responsibilities of an Identity and Access Management Analyst:

• Joiners Movers Leavers process
• Support with design, documentation and improvement of JML
• Monitoring BAU Identity and access management function and requests
• Support security related policies and procedures
• Ensure SLA's (service level agreements) are met

Requirements:

• Experience of Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting Active directory is also desirable
• Collaborative mindset, drive to develop and learn, and excellent communication skills are a must have
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
• Awareness of IAM processes and governance
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is desired, ideally ITIL Foundation V3 or higher but this is not essential.
