    Description
    To ensure client utility data is accurate
    To visit Savills Property Management offices as required
    Resolving any performance issues and assisting in the resolution of any escalations.

    Work with the senior client manager to develop a robust energy strategy and continually come up with new ideas to improve both level of service , the depth of service and resulting fee income.

    Report any material breaches of KPI to senior client manager.

    Team Overview The Energy team sits within the Savills Property Management (PM) Division and provides an energy bureau and procurement service to the Property Management client portfolio.

    The Energy team work closely alongside Savills Property Management's ESG and Sustainability teams to develop a client focussed Energy and Utility service.

    The team is split into 4 smaller teams - Client Management, Operations, ( Bill Validation, Debt, COTs,Query Management) Procurement and Data support including Tenant Recharges ) with the Client Managers based around the UK in Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff.
