We're looking for a Supervisor to join our Highways team based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

As Supervisor you will overseeing the delivery of structural maintenance works and have responsibility for completion of construction phase plans.

Your day to day will include:

Supervision on site and all health safety of works
Responsibility for liaison with supply chain and stakeholders
Programme management and update

What do we need from you?
This role of Supervisor is great for you if you:

Have experience in a similar role and have construction, highways maintenance or utilities industry knowledge
Previously managed and motivated teams for optimum output
Have confident stakeholder management skills
