An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic Technical Administrator to join a highly successful St. James's Place Partner Practice and develop a career in Wealth Management.

Based in the office at Taplow, you will be preparing suitability letters and writing reports in respect of the business generated by the Wealth Managers within the Practice.


The Role:
Technical Administrator

Working with several busy Wealth Managers your role will include:

  • Providing a high level of technical and administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
  • Obtaining and maintaining detailed client information to support the advice team
  • Ensuring supporting documentation and backoffice systems are maintained and all client files remain compliant
  • Liaising with third parties on a daily basis, writing to providers and collating the required ceding scheme information
  • Checking Client Financial Review information and assisting with the preparation of presentations and documentation required for client meetings
  • You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems, as well, you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework, and study for and take professional qualifications

The Person:
Technical Administrator

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who is highly organised, enjoys using their initiative and who has a 'can do' working style

  • Ideally you will have some relevant experience of working in the financial services sector, or similar professional environment
  • You will have excellent levels of literacy and numeracy and the ability to write clear and concise reports that demonstrate your attention to detail and understanding of a client's needs
  • You are highly organised, can prioritise your workload and have the ability to ensure deadlines are achieved
  • It is essential that you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion
