Build and manage a product portfolio to differentiate IPI within our target marketsManage internal and external marketing and training programmes to keep our products and services front and centre with our clientsCompetitor analysis and product roadmapProduct P&L through Sale and Cost control initiativesSupport to the Sales and Solutions Consulting function to ensure IPI's success in gaining and retaining businessYou will have the following skills and attributes:

Recent experience working for a Managed Service Provider as a Product Manager specialising in the Microsoft 365 stack and Azure product suiteExperience of Licensing regimes aligned to running a UK Managed Service Provider SPLA, VCAN, Veeam,Experience of developing turnkey IT solutions products that are scalable and repeatablePrior knowledge of Product initiation and Roadmap managementKnowledge of Product financial management and P&L experience preferredStrong presentation skills and experience in a sales environmentWhat is it like to work for IPI?Our breadth of knowledge and experience spans products and services from the world's leading information and communication technology vendors; We are an agile, highly accredited organisation with over 20 years heritage in delivering contact centre solutions to businesses across the UK.
