    Role: Procurement Process Analyst / Oracle Process Analyst (for ERP implementation)

    Location: Windsor, UK (Remote / Occasional visit)

    Duration: Contract

    IR 35 Status: Inside IR

    Expertise and experience:

    • Oracle Cloud Fusion implementation experience with direct "hands-on" expertise.
    • in implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for Direct Procurement and can demonstrate expertise.
    • to have experience implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions for electronic manufacturers, particularly in a contract manufacturing model like Client's.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • in implementing an ERP system, Oracle Cloud Fusion, which meets Client's business needs within a designated sub-section of a Functional Pillar, called "Phase 2B" for Direct Procurement. Includes the end-to-end processes, tools and organization.
    • ensure that their assigned processes are aligned with the Target Operating Model and agreed transformation objectives.
    • decision-making on all related business policies and procedures within their designated area; process governance, process design; polices & control; data definition & standards; improvement opportunity; performance measurement.
    • management assistance responsibility for Sub-Process Leads within their process areas.
    • ensure collaboration both with upstream & downstream process owners to ensure consistent, highly automated, single point of entry processes within the operating model.
    • in timely articulation of major risks, issues, scope change and status to the End-to-End Direct Procurement Process Lead, Functional Pillar Lead and Project Manager.

    Job Duties:

    • in most/all Project OCEAN 2B PMO calls and deliverables.
    • in all Project Management 2B calls and deliverables for Procurement and across all tracks.
    • lead and coordinate all on cross track 2B activities and deliverables, ensuring procurement deliverables are completed, providing information on a timely basis for other tracks deliverables where procurement has input, and knowing the status/ delays/ blocks/ holds associated to each and clearing them out to move them forward where needed.
    • manage change requests, understanding downstream timely impacts.
    • manage to the overall 2B timeline.
    • what is critical for procurement and helping ensure there is no slippage.
    • on US time zone material and getting feedback from non-US time zones or knowing when a call is required and ensuring that is setup. Participating to ensure it moves forward in alignment to procurement's needs and overall OCEAN timelines.
    • the management of all JIRA 2B procurement activities, decisions, risks, actions, issues, etc. – which is the audit trail for this project.
    • coordinating with VP of Procurement's direct reports and ensure activities out of System Integrator's (consulting company's) purview are completed.
    • in coordinating with IT and ensuring activities out of system integrator's purview are completed.
    • and helping ensure related sub track consulting company activities are completed for 2B – such as security and controls, change management, etc.
    • supplier activities (B2B) helping ensure alignment with the correct folks at Client (in and out of Procurement).
    • UAT approaches will help plan and manage UAT for Phase 2B
