- Define, implement, and improve our monitoring and observability capabilities
- Develop and improve new monitoring and observability tools, integrating vendor and in-house applications
- Work with application support teams to report on and implement monitoring standards
- Design and develop monitoring and observability solutions for cloud-based services
- Contribute to reduction of risk and manual toil through the automation of repetitive support tasks, in collaboration with application support teams
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
- Bachelor or equivalent focusing on Computer Science or relevant Science degree
- Ideally 2 years of experience in a similar position focused on application support and agile development
- Strong knowledge required of Python, Bash, Linux and API development
- Experience with DevOps tools preferable (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Strong communicator, able to work alongside technical and non-technical teams

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You'll be working in the Monitoring and Observability team in the SRE Competency Centre focusing on defining, implementing, maintaining, and improving our applications' monitoring capabilities. You are encouraged to continuously learn and develop new skills while collaborating with the global team.
