- In collaboration with the Facilities manager, ensure all building fabrics, building services, facilities, general housekeeping and grounds are maintained
- Complete repairs in various fields including carpentry, plumbing, interior & exterior lighting, decorating and fixing locks
- Carry out testing or assist on fire alarms, intruder systems, emergency lights, water systems, portable appliance testing. Alternatively coordinate with subcontractors where necessary
- Working on specific projects as required
- Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues across the business
- The opportunity to take on responsibility for new projects within the Department
- Collaborate with other members of the business and positively challenge current working practices
