    About the Role:

    We are currently looking for young engineers for a position as Supply Chain Analyst. The candidate will be part of the Supply Chain Department and will support the team finalizing the strategic VMI process, a critical process that governs the estimation of quantities of products related to POS activities. Your objective will be to ensure the timely respect of the VMI, ensuring agreed-upon quantities with Customers, automating the process and reducing manual efforts.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Managing the information required for the input of estimates and Purchase Orders (code presence, assortment, price list), preventing potential lack of critical information for the Transfer Order input
    • Managing the reorganization of the distribution centres with the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) process. Moving from the inventory and sales request data, you will guarantee the service level agreed upon with the client, optimizing stock levels
    • Coordinating the estimate process: setting up calendars for Sales, and timekeeping for process gates, in order to avoid delays in the process and service disruption for the customers
    • Managing trade-off decision for the allocation of quantities that deviate from the estimates, with the objective of reducing returns, limiting reallocations and anticipating potential overstock situations by allocating products to customers based on potential
    • Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to guarantee the continual improvement of the process
    • Interacting with Sales, Trade Marketing and Marketing dep.

    Who we are looking for:

    • 1-2 years' experience within Supply Chain contexts
    • Strong analytical and priority organization skills
    • Fluency in English
    • Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up)
