    My Client is a wellness company, known as a pioneer in the industry, is looking a Marketing Activation Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement and to lead initiatives to elevate brand presence and foster deeper connections with our target audience.

    You will develop and execute innovative activation plans across various channels to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.

    From online activations to large-scale offline events, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the wider team to bring strategic activations to life.

    Project management will be key, as you'll oversee timing, budget, and deliverables for each activation. Additionally, you'll analyse the success of each initiative, measuring engagement metrics and conversion attribution to inform future strategies.


    The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity and analytical acumen, capable of translating ideas into impactful activations while leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

    Experience in a fast-paced environment with a track record of meeting tight deadlines is essential. Previous marketing experience, particularly in nurturing brand growth and achieving numerical targets, is highly desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners. Knowledge of industry trends and competitors will further support the evolution of our marketing strategy.
