Description

The Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for leading a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and deployment of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team.

The overall objective of this role is to lead efforts to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned framework.


  • Ensure that all integration of functions meet business goals
  • Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements
  • Recommend product customization for system integration
  • Identify problem causality, business impact and root causes
  • Advise or mentor junior team members
  • Impact the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or IT related field), or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years Java/J2EE programming experience.
  • Working experience in CI/CD tool (JENKINS, TEAMCITY, RLM, uDeploy, LIGHTSPEED).
  • SOAP or RESTful web services programming in Java.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain good relationship among different teams is required
  • Tools and Utilities: Java IDE (Eclipse), SOAP UI, Postman, LDAP Clients, Source control utilities, Packaging and Build tools.
  • Expertise in Unix/Linux scripting and Linux server technology.
  • Testing Methodologies: System Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing

Nice to have:

  • Application security DevSecOps experience.
  • AWS, EC2, EKS, RDS etc.
  • GCP experience is also preferable.
  • Working experience of LDAP, DB.

Education:

Computer Science

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
