- Meet where possible with customers on site, explain the role of Evander, the process followed, the service standards to be met and discuss customer requirements and options available
- Validate each claim to ensure consistent with damage reported and to repudiate if necessary
- Undertake a safety risk assessment and record on appropriate documentation with suitable method statements
- Undertake assigned installation/repair jobs to appropriate standards and time allocation
- Undertake all work in accordance with company Health and Safety policies and practices including wearing the correct PPE
- Complete and return all documentation accurately, fully and legibly for each job
- Ensure possession of all necessary goods, tools and equipment to complete all assigned work
- Ensure that appropriate photographs are taken of all damage
- Maintain and keep in good condition the company vehicle and all issued property and equipment, ensuring the van is roadworthy
- • Driving Licence
- • Minimum of level 2 NVQ in fenestration or MTC card
- • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
