Customer Service Advisor (12 month FTC)
Salary:
£21,000 - £23,000
Location:
Loudwater (potential work remotely on an 80/20 split after successful training)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Monday to Friday
Main Responsibilities:
This Outbound Customer Service role is working for a well-established company based in Loudwater.
The role will involve outbound customer service calls and you will be responsible for providing a positive customer journey and cross-selling suitable products where possible.
You will have good telephone-based experience, be used to working to KPIs and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and an empathetic and supportive manner is essential.Key Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident telephone manner
Experience:
- Proven telephonebased background
- Previous experience of upselling/cross selling
