Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation or
Maintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial or
commercial setting within a facilities management organisation.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & schematics.
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to electrical maintenance.

A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.
Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and
Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, power
Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical and
mechanical issues.
Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhance
system performance and safety.
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with
