Facilities Scheduler

Aldershot

£22,000-£25,000 (Depending on experience)


Mainstay are working alongside one of our leading service providers to fill a role for a Facilities Scheduler to join a fantastic team in the Aldershot area.


This is a great opportunity for an individual who has experience in a similar role and is computer literate, specifically within Microsoft and CAFM systems.


Role:


  • You will be responsible for scheduling the PPMs to the relevant and most suitable engineers
  • Ensure the CAFM system is maintained up to date and planned works are managed to ensure timely, quality delivery
  • Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with tenants, client, contractors and external parties
  • You will review all invoices received from subcontractors to ensure everything is in line with agreed terms
  • To support the management team and carry out any duties assigned by them
  • Ensure monthly reporting requirements have been submitted accurately and on time
  • Chasing subcontractors' reports/schedules

Company

  • You will also have excellent knowledge of IT, specifically with CAFM systems
  • Confident working on your own as well as part of a team
  • Superb communication skills, written and verbal
  • Previous experience and knowledge in a Facilities Management role is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask and make effective decisions quickly
