Mid-level Business Analyst

Tasks:

Business requirements investigation and definition for projects and translating these into functional designs and detailed strategic roadmaps
Review and editing of requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions
Analyse clients' business operating models and help identify areas of improvement
Analyse and document business processes linking back to the business operating model
Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain signoff from client on the specifications
Business event/scenario modelling
Business case production including business, technical and financial feasibility assessments

Qualifications:

Up to 5 years' experience with considerable background in process analysis and design roles
Good interpersonal skills and experience of leading meetings and workshops and making presentations
Able to interpret customer requirements and convert to logical designs
Demonstrable commercial awareness, preferably some exposure to process improvement techniques (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma or benchmarking)
Experience of full software lifecycle in Waterfall and Agile contexts
Experience with and/or demonstrable knowledge of Modelling Standards (e.g. UML, BPMN)
Desirable experience or knowledge or one or more process framework (e.g. SCOR, eTOM, VCOR)
