Job Description
JP Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client in Tameside. They are a well-established manufacturing company. They require an experienced account manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for solely looking after a large client account.
Duties Include but not limited to:
· Looking after a specific customer; building and maintaining relationships.
· Taking orders over the phone and through the online system.
· Looking after the process from start to finish, processing orders, tracking orders, and finalising them.
· Liaising with internal department such as production to check the progress of orders and time frame for deliveries.
·Project management , Liaising with the project/art department to create bespoke orders for example, the customer logo needs to be on the products.
Candidate Specification:
· Strong account management and customer service skills.
· Confident and can hit the ground running.
· Straight talking and down to earth
Salary:
· £26K to start.
Working Hours:
· Rotating hours weekly
· 9am-5pm Week 1
· 8am-4pm Week 2
