    Madison Berkeley is delighted to have partnered with Museum of London to recruit a Senior Asset Manager. This person will play a significant role in helping the Museum to realise its vision in extraordinary ways to become one of the most well-known and innovative cultural destinations.

    The museum is currently managing one of the UK's most exciting cultural projects: the development of the London Museum at Smithfield by 2026. In addition to a new site being developed in Smithfield, they operate the Docklands Museum in Canary Wharf, as well as a collections store in Hackney. There are very few museums that are as bold and ambitious as the Museum of London.

    As Senior Asset Manager, you will be an ambitious strategic self-starter with experience built from a broad track-record of working with organisations to implement and deliver business plan objectives, focussing on optimising building assets and streamlining operations within in the new Museum to meet the overall vision . You should have proven experience in asset management, leasing, facilities and asset commercialisation. You will play a significant role in shaping and delivering the business plan which is already in formation.

    You should be MRICS with a proven track record across London real estate portfolio. In addition, have demonstrable experience in property asset management, leasing, facilities and asset commercialisation.

    This will be a thrilling and demanding role offering the opportunity to make a long-lasting and very real difference for the London Museum as they venture into new territories.
