£13.56- £15.20 per hourShift: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:30Within your role, you'll provide excellent Customer Service and Administration support to customers as part of the established team.
Responsibilities * Maintain and update internal reports and systems. * Communicate daily with customers, operations and planning teams.
* Arrange shipping of products, including booking slots, establishing courier in accordance with customer specifications * Daily / Weekly / Monthly internal and external reports.
* Produce sales orders, invoices and deal with PO issues when required. * Deal with complaints and queries from customers promptly and efficiently. * Provide exceptional customer service and take ownership of customers' experience. * Support the Commercial Team * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard. * Take on additional responsibilities as required. * Any other administration tasks.Requirements:
