    Description
But the services that should be supporting us haven't changed in decades.

From writing your will to planning a funeral, the way we deal with death is formal, complicated and expensive.

We're the UK's biggest will writer and one of the leading funeral companies in the country. Our generous customers have pledged over £970 million to charities, through donations left in their wills.

We're looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Exec to help us deliver an exceptional Probate service to our customers.

Probate is the legal process you need to go through to deal with someone's estate when they die.

Part of how we do that is through building a fantastic team of people who are legally savvy, commercially minded and motivated by compassionately helping people through enormously difficult challenges.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for shaping and defining how we run and sell our Probate service.

You'll work towards commercial goals while focusing on the importance of delivering a best-in-show customer experience. This role is in a team of 3 and reports to our Probate Sales Manager.
Prove consistency in our weekly and quarterly sales targets, including conversion rates and QA (Quality Assurance) scores on our inbound enquiries
Master smooth and efficient handovers to our Legal team
You're fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
You've achieved GCSEs A-C in English & Maths
You're interested in legal processes. You ideally have a legal education and/or work experience
You likely have experience in a B2C sales role; 30k salary plus performance-based bonus that could take your full earnings to £45k, as well as generous stock options
~28 days of annual leave plus public holidays
~ Hybrid working; our team works a minimum of 2 days/week in our east London office
~ Regular team socials and company-wide events
    ~ We're building a diverse, inclusive team

To change the way the world deals with death we need a team that celebrates diversity in all its forms.

We're building a workplace where everyone is treated fairly and respectfully.

If you need any adjustments in our interview process to help set you up for success, just let us know.

You'll have an initial chat over Google Meet with a member of our recruiting team, so we can find out more about your experience and ambitions.

We're all owners here - custodians of our customers, brand, products and culture.
