About 11Arches:

11Arches is the production company of multi award-winning Kynren - an epic tale of England.


In the coming years, we will open 11Arches Park, the newest theme park in the UK - extending Kynren's groundbreaking epic live action show and immersing you in a thrilling travel through time.


The onsite production team is expanding rapidly because of our growth plans, and we are looking to build a full team fit for year-long operations.

Therefore, we are searching for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Co-ordinator who can work autonomously to enhance our day-to-day marketing activities.


We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, prior experience is desirable but not necessary as 11Arches will provide you with all the training you need to be successful.


Job Purpose:


To manage all marketing platforms for 11Arches, including our website and social media accounts, developing content that is engaging, up-to-date and reactive.


To co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of the Marketing department, working closely with the Marketing Director to build the 11Arches brand to increase our exposure and reach in the UK.


Key Outputs and Accountabilities:


In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the Marketing department, including daily marketing management, social media, e-marketing, sales, PR, and marketing administration.

  • To consistently update our website content, being responsive to referral traffic and developing content that boosts website activity and ticket sales.
  • To support the daytoday management of our social media channels, ensuring that we post regularly to engage our audiences.
  • To ensure consistency of brand message and style on all work, managing the asset library (logos, photos, and videos), ensuring that it is clearly labelled and organised.
  • To prepare social media content plans, scheduling posts that are consistent with Kynren's identity whilst also posting reactively with live content.
  • To help to coordinate social media content, creating videos and photographs for marketing collateral.
  • To manage all communications on social media platforms by responding to queries in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
  • To manage the marketing calendar, updating your progress on the marketing activity planner and carryingout administrative tasks.
  • To run marketing reports relating to ticketing and customer data, monitor website activity and measure the effectiveness of our social media content.
  • To manage all review sites e.g., TripAdvisor /Google reviews, keeping all information up to date and ensuring reviews are responded to.
  • To be the key point of contact for Travel Trade, organising direct visits and telephone calls with key coach operators, promoting the Kynren product and developing personal relationships.
  • To work closely with the local community, attending exhibitions and networking events to promote Kynren and start to pique interest in the 11Arches theme park.
  • To manage the bookings programme, monitoring key clients to ensure that Kynren achieves its forecasted sales plan.
  • To proactively develop relationships directly with the local media, pursuing stories and promoting PR opportunities that are happening on site.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Personable, friendly, and confident manner.
  • Highly organised and efficient to manage the booking process for all groups, from interest to purchase.
  • Good ICT skills with a thorough knowledge of the Microsoft package, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Resilient and able to work to a strict schedule.

Desirable

  • Experience of working on social media platforms.
  • Creative skills including photography and videography suitable for daytoday social media content.
  • Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.

The nature of 11Arches means there is significant out of hours working and a flexible approach to working hours is required.
