    Hamptons are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join and lead our Berks, Bucks & Herts region.

    Reporting to the UK Head of Residential Sales, this hire will be responsible for the leadership of all branches in the region. Previous experience as a senior manager is essential.

    Responsibilities:

  • Effectively drive and lead their area and branch to achieve their financial targets, individual and corporate objectives.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care to both internal and external customers.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the area and beyond and strive to obtain significant market share by adopting pro-active working processes.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Company and uphold Hamptons' brand values.
  • Experience & Skills Required:

  • Residential Sales experience and a strong working knowledge of the industry at a Senior Level is essential
  • A commercially aware leader who is solution focused, passionate about delivering the highest standards of service to customers and can demonstrate an ability to drive necessary change through a business
  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Results oriented with a `can do` attitude
