    Credit Controller

    Location: Harrogate, UK

    Type: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 plus yearly bonus

    This position is well suited to candidates who possess previous credit control experience, and who have a strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable.

    Credit Controller Responsibilities:

    • Credit control functions, including building relationships with clients and collecting aged debt.
    • Raising, reviewing, and sending out sales invoices to customers, as well as handling any queries in a timely manner.
    • Accounts payable functions, such as processing purchase orders, invoices, and reconciling statements
    • Conducting project reviews and utilising the accruals concept to reflect profit in the statement of profit and loss.
    • Review and submit credit card transactions for review and posting to the ledger.
    • Assist in the preparation of mid-month and end-of-month payment runs for review.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • 2 years of experience in credit control (essential)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to liaise with customers and other departments.
    • Valid UK driving licence due to remote location.
    • Strong team player with a positive and outgoing demeanour
