    This role is for one of the subsidiaries of S-Ventures PLC, a fast-growing consumer brand in the snacking and wellness industry. This is a 9-month maternity contract immediately available.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Assistant who will report into the Finance Manager. The role is located in London (Sloane Square), with 2-3 days in the office a week.

    Responsibilities

    • Bank postings, banc recs
    • Credit Card Postings & Recs
    • Daily cash flow update
    • Weekly payment run & Bank payments
    • Invoice Financing Management (Bibby)
    • AP & AR transactions
    • Supplier & Customer recs
    • Posting expenses
    • Invoice Approval
    • Weekly AP & AR reports
    • Chasing Debt
    • Assist with payroll

    Qualifications

    • Experience with SAP (SAP Business One)
    • Accounts Payables experience
    • Accounts Receivable experience
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Experience in the consumer industry is a plus
