Role Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure Daily planning service and cost requirements are met
- Plan all General haulage routes efficiently using KPI's
- Ensure all drivers are contacted/monitored daily,
- Monitor using inhouse tracking systems and technology
- Ensure all drivers hold the relevant entitlement for the vehicles they are driving
- Ensure all drivers remain legally compliant and driving hours are monitored
- Work with the Operations manager to deliver a 1st class service
- Liaise with existing and find new General Haulage customers
- Build a large general customer base
- Achieve set revenue targets monitored by KPI's
