About the role:


CameraMatics is continuing at full speed, on its path, as a high-growth company, and is looking for a Customer Success leader to hyperdrive growth in the company's next chapter.

You will be part of the senior management team and responsible for all the customer activity within the UKI region.


In this key customer experience lleadership role, you will lead the growth and expansion of our customer success team and be part of the upwards trajectory as we scale our European business rapidly, entering new markets and growing our already-strong customer base.


In this role you will:


  • Report to the European Sales & Commercial Director and be a member of the EU senior management team contributing to the development and execution of the overall EU business and organisational strategy.
  • Achieve the Customer Success goals for the UKI markets with a strong focus on the Enterprise markets.
  • Manage, coach, mentor and develop a team of highperforming and proven Customer Success Managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy based on data analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high performing team.
  • Develop high accuracy forecast on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and have a strong understanding of factors influencing performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and the new business team to ensure quality inbound customer leads and multiple channels for the UKI CSM team.
  • Provide input into new market entry and early sales feedback in market.
  • Become a role model, mentor and approachable in any situation to the CSM team.

Minimum requirements:


  • 10+ years sales experience incl 6+ years in B2B software sales.
  • 5+ years in sales management as a National Account Manager/Head of Customer Success Role.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to consistent quota overachievement in complex environments.
  • Proven success working within a complex organization and aligning executive stakeholders to achieve highgrowth sales targets.
  • Strong operational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to influence and lead teams through rapid and difficult transition.
  • Experience leading teams with strong commercial sales capability.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce. Ability to mentor and coach teams to become high performers.
