    Description

    My client has been established for over 20 years and are a respectable fully-fledged main contractor specialising in restoration and refurbishments of well-known landmark buildings in London.

    I am currently working with the London division which contributes the largest proportion of the company's turnover and profitability. Projects will typically range between £500,000 to £6m.

    They pride themselves not only on finishing all of their projects to the highest possible standard but also building up strong and long-lasting relationships with everyone they work with including the end user, client professional team and supply chain.


    Administrator Opportunity:
    They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrator.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a thriving design and build business and work closely with the friendly team.


    You will be responsible for coding invoices and checking against purchase orders, uploading budget sheets on excel, schedule deliveries for site materials, data entry and liaise with customers & suppliers.

    Also, part of your role, you will also need to answer general telephone calls and take minutes at meetings.


    You will have excellent IT skills, including good working knowledge of creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and using Word documents.
