Description
As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be the frontline ambassador of our brand, interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing support. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver highquality services/products aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and strategize to expand business relationships.
  • Regularly update client records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record in client relationship management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,356.96 per year
