About The Role
As our Personal Assistant you'll provide generalist administrative services to support the Director.


Key accountabilities of your role will include:

  • Assisting with meeting and workshop organisation, including collation of papers / reports in advance of meetings, and recording notes / actions from the meetings for distribution and follow up to co-ordinate the communication of schedules, plans and deadlines on behalf of the Director
  • Coordinating full travel and itinerary arrangements for the Director and members of their leadership team
  • Assisting in the creation of the annual planning and monthly reporting
  • Coordinating management information, document libraries and ensuring that appropriate files and information are available in a structured manner
  • Promoting a positive safety culture through visible proactive, consistent, and influential behaviours
  • Working knowledge of Ariba / Fiori / Concur preferable, but, not essential
  • Providing expertise and industry support on the administration of the Commercial processes
  • Communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders and building sustainable internal and external relationships
  • Coordinating and arranging events on behalf of the Director
  • Arranging and monitoring of regular calls and meetings
  • Attending and providing minute taking and distribution service for key meetings as required
  • Supporting members of the team to ensure that the movements and activities are coordinated and maximise their impact on business performance
  • Coordinating and validating data provided by both internal and external colleagues into robust and accurate MI

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing PA or secretarial support to a senior Director
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and appropriate programmes
  • Ability to present and communicate information in a clear, confident, and professional manner
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage and prioritise competing priorities to schedule, organise and manage administration related to business activities
  • Ability to work at pace with accuracy and prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including communicating at senior levels
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure
  • High level of tact and ability to respect confidential information
  • Ability to work flexibly and meet varying requirements of team
