Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) looking for a temporary position? Look no further Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is currently seeking a Band 5 RMN to join our team at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health.

Located in the picturesque town of Keighley, West Yorkshire, our Airedale Centre for Mental Health is a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology and resources.

The Role:

In this Band 5 RMN position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.

As a temporary member of our team, you will be joining us from 28/02/2024 to 28/02/2024, providing vital assistance during this time.

As an RMN, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff.

Your primary role will be to assess and evaluate the mental health needs of our patients, developing and implementing individual care plans to ensure their well-being.

You will be involved in providing medication administration, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management, playing a crucial role in promoting recovery and improving the quality of life for those in your care.

Shift Details:

Our temporary Band 5 RMN position at the Airedale Centre for Mental Health will require you to work from 07:30:00 to 20:00:00.

During these shifts, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives and contribute to their recovery journey.

Payment and Benefits:

As a temporary employee, you will receive a competitive payment rate of £262.50 per shift. This payment will be made through an umbrella company, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient payment process for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this Band 5 RMN position, you must be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

You should hold a valid RMN qualification and have relevant experience working in a mental health setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with patients, their families, and the wider healthcare team on a daily basis.

You should be able to demonstrate empathy, patience, and the ability to build therapeutic relationships.

As an RMN, you must have a comprehensive understanding of mental health conditions and the relevant treatment interventions. You should also be knowledgeable about current legislation and guidelines pertaining to mental health nursing.
