Description
As the first point of contact for student and early engagement enquiries, providing clarity and guidance. Support the departmental operation by maintain systems and managing processes, providing data and monthly reporting.

As part of a team the postholder will inspire young people into a career in the natural and built environment, helping to shape the places and spaces in which we all live and work.


Key Achievements & Responsibilities

  • Support and respond to enquiries into the Early Engagement Team through multichannel communications, within RICS SLA.
  • Manage collateral stock and distribution and help to create and design new collateral.
  • Maintain the inspire ambassador guidance booklet up to date.
  • Maintain the WEX booklet up to date.
  • Assist the team in recruiting inspire ambassadors in shortage areas.
  • Provide careers guidance to those seeking to pursue an RICS qualification.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team and internal stakeholders to achieve a consistently high level of service in line with internal processes, procedures and RICS Customer Service Standards.
  • Continually build, develop, share, and maintain in depth product knowledge to provide a first line response to customer enquiries.
  • To record, update and amend customer information on internal database to ensure accurate data.
  • Manage and update registrations the volunteer programmes
  • Inspire Ambassador
  • Ensure confidential information is secure by complying with data protection regulations (GDPR)
  • Support with development and testing of new processes and systems, providing feedback from a customer perspective.
  • Manage the tracking of campaigns, interactions and all relevant stats for the Early Engagement Team
  • Work in collaboration with STEM to register and monitor ambassador engagement

Experience Required

  • First contact resolution for all enquiries
  • Adhere to Quality Assurance Procedures within RICS
  • Increase in registrations to volunteer opportunities e.g., ambassadors
  • Increase in registration to career platform

  • Accurate and timely monthly stats
