Fund Accountant

£70,000 - £75,000 + bonus

South West London


We are currently partnering with a pan European rapidly expanding real estate fund in their search for a Fund Accountant to join their team in London, in a newly created role as a result of their significant growth.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Investor capital calls, distributions and cash management
  • Fund accounting and trial balance maintenance in accounting system
  • Preparation of asset and portfolio business plan
  • Investment valuations
  • Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and Investor Reports
  • Production of SPV consolidated financial statements
  • Ad hoc project work to assist the business
  • Setting up appropriate reporting protocols for portfolio companies

Key requirements for this role:


  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Previous Fund Accounting experience, ideally within a Private Equity firm
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
  • Good commercial understanding of the industry
  • Consolidation and multijurisdictional reporting experience
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
