About our client
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing UK mid-market private equity investor as an Investment Associate. The firm has an excellent track record and predominantly invests in the consumer, retail and healthcare sectors. This is an entrepreneurial teamwhere you will play a key role in driving investments forward.

What the job involves:

You will be supporting for all parts of the deal process including sourcing, screening, executing and supporting with portfolio management
Financial modelling will be a key aspect of your daytoday role, specifically LBO modelling
Liaising with portfolio companies and maintaining KPIs on investment process
Supporting Investment Manager and CEO in running of the Investment Fund

Who we are looking for:

Experience of working on UK midmarket private equity transactions
An individual with Investment Banking, Consulting, Lead Advisory, M&A Advisory or other deal experience
Ability to build an LBO model from scratch
Strong communication and presentation skills
