**BRIEF OVERVIEW

Leading company that provides services in all aspects of commercial electrical installations and property maintenance who have been in operation for more than two decades is urgently looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their company and grow withinthe team.

**ABOUT OUR CLIENT
My client has been providing top-of-the-line commercial projects and fit-outs to the private and public sectors. Their client base is spread between government contractors and corporates with large warehouses and sites across the country.

They are focussedon capturing the growth that is being driven by the trend to online retail and regulatory pressure to improve the energy efficiency of the UK?s existing commercial building stock.

**ABOUT THE ROLE

Continuously develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
Produce accurate estimates that are detailed and inputted into the estimating software currently in use
Trimble.
Processing incoming and outgoing tenders, reviewing information received and ensuring all internal forms are completed and processed to a consistently high standard.
Prepare quantities for use in obtaining competitive quotes.
Technical analysis of tender returns.
Preparation of analytical estimates for Mechanical Engineering works, that are technically accurate and with an acceptable risk level, from outline drawings and specifications.**ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
A professional approach with an ability to work on own initiative and to manage own workload.
Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
Good Communication skills within the team and to customers / clients.
Experience within the Commercial and Industrial industry would be advantageous**POINTS OF APPEAL
