Centred around three main departments Accounts team, Creativestudio and Production department. Purpose


The Account Director (AD) will work closely with the Executive AD, the Account Management team and clients to deliver the account strategy and event programme for multiple clients, including some of the companies Key Accounts.

They will be the day to daycontact for Key Clients, whilst leading and managing the team to ensure project delivery and internal processes are carried out to the highest standard.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Project Management
  • Full end to end project delivery from pitch/brief, through to delivery and post production wrap up. Ensuring all deadlines are met across all departments of the agency creative, content, production, logistics.
  • Working with internal team as well as a wider pool of creatives, designers, producers, logistics managers and third party suppliers.
  • Client Management
  • Lead Client relationships we will allocate a number of existing relationships and provide the opportunity to build new ones.
  • Develop high levels of client trust through honesty, integrity and delivery.
  • Manage a Client Plan for each client you lead including relationship building, organic business development opportunities and profitability
  • Monthly review with Steve Eakins and wider Account Team.
  • Understand and work to the various agency standards that are documented including data security, diversity and inclusion, bribery and corruption etc.
  • Budget Management /Finance
  • Development of budgets for approval on each project
  • Full control of live project budgets and preparation of quotes working closely across the full Team.
  • Working to agreed profit margin targets.
  • Timely reporting and reconciliation.
  • Accurate and timely use of Xero to support the finance team
  • Content / Creative
  • Working closely with our Content and Creative team to encourage clients to push boundaries and ensure content and overall delegate experience is engaging
  • Support the agency mission of always looking to reinvent and remimagine experiences through new formats, technologies and creative.
  • Contribute to weekly internal news bulletin, collating and sharing the findings of event related interesting ideas.
  • Production
  • Work closely with Production team to construct the appropriate technical solution including internal resource, freelancers, technical team and supplier selection.
  • Look to achive the appropriate level of profitability and quality through effective cost management.
  • New Business
  • Attending new business meetings where appropriate to present creds and receive new briefs.
  • Running allocated pitches from brief to presentation.
  • Assist in the general promotion of using materials provided.
  • Participate in industry events, speaking opportunities

This client operates a hybrid working pattern where a mix of working from home and office is flexed to offer the best of both worlds.

Overall we do expect more time in the office than at home to allow you to fully contribute to and learn from the team.

Package:


Salary range:
Dependant on experience

  • 3month probation
  • 25 days of holiday + 8 bank holidays
