    Description

    Grounds and General Maintenance Operative Hutchison Technologies is searching for exceptional people with outstanding skills to join our talented and committed team.

    You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of outdoor spaces at our two offices in Dundee, ensuring these remain visually appealing, safe, and functional always.


    Additionally:
    provide support to the general maintenance of the buildings at Luna Place and Harrison Road; Weeding and mulching landscape beds Trimming hedges, shrubs, and small trees Removing and dispose of dead, damaged, or unwanted trees or branches, fallen leaves, other organic waste Planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants Applying pesticides, herbicides, or other treatments to plants or soil or surrounding hard landscaping including kerbs, paving, and road surfaces Watering lawns, landscapes, and gardens Monitoring and maintaining plant health Clearing snow and spreading salt and grit during the winter season Maintaining safer car parking and footpaths Previous relevant experience in grounds maintenance, including working alone Full and clean driving licence and able to drive a van with trailer General maintenance skills Understanding the importance of Health & Safety, good housekeeping and waste management Loves working outdoors in all weather conditions, in a predominately physically active role Flexible – positive - 'can-do' attitude Forklift/Reach Truck Trained Computer use, familiar with excel applications A collaborative and agile working environment with high levels of autonomy
