Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a hugely successful international business with offices based in Sheffield City Centre, that are looking for a Billing Coordinator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis.


As a billing coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing and payment processes for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, handle queries and disputes, and maintain records and reports.

You will also be responsible for controlling the flow of billing throughout the month and ensuring all billable matters are raised.

You will work closely with our team of consultants and administrators and contribute to the smooth running of their operations.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • The ability to act under instruction with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow


In return they are offering a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including hybrid working and 25 days holiday + stat.
