Business Manager - Hybrid


Salary:
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum

Business Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing and supervising operational and business administration procedures within the company
  • Planning, managing, reporting, and improving of the support services enabling the business to function efficiently and consistently improve
  • Supporting the sales, professional services, and operations teams with operational and business administration
  • Creating and coordinating sales, professional services, and operations templates to ensure a standardised way of working and reporting
  • Assisting the management teams with meetings management, administration, and reporting packs
  • Managing the internal business administration
  • Delegating duties for managing internal tasks and projects on behalf of the management team
  • Negotiating new contracts with suppliers on behalf of the company

Business Manager Essentials:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting C Suite executives and operational management support
  • Experience managing projects and providing business operational strategy
  • Experience liaising with senior stakeholders and working with board level executives
  • Having a professional and poised communication style
  • Having the ability to be proactive, autonomous and a critical thinker
