Procurement Manager| Sheffield|£350-£400per day (umbrella) |Interim| Hybrid

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a public sector organisation in Sheffield, to recruit a Interim Procurement Manager.

The organisation operates a
Hybrid Working Policy; 3days in Office; 2days at Home

This position would suit an individual with extensive experience within the public sector, managing and handling complex procurement strategies.


Role:


  • Actively responsible for the management of a range of goods and services within the organisation
  • Responsible for the delivery of the organisation's procurement strategy
  • Manage the development and management of OJEU and under threshold tenders
  • Managing a selection of individual projects
  • Managing a team of procurement officers
  • Working under frameworks
  • Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis

Individual:


  • Dynamic and motivated individual
  • Ability to develop OJEU and under threshold tenders
