CNC LATHE SETTER / OPERATOR

FANUC CONTROLS

DAY SHIFTS

OVERTIME AVAILABLE

£13 - £15 PER HOUR

Alecto Recruitment are now in partnership with a world leading Precision Engineering manufacturing company.

Working in the heart of the Midlands, you will be working on the CNC Lathes producing high quality machined parts for customers all across the UK.My client is now looking to strenghten their ever busy machining workshop with a new oppurtunity for a CNC Machinist, skilled in setting and operating lathes with FANUC controls.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform required tasks
  • Load Raw materials and parts onto the machine
  • Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
  • Experience in cutting a wide range of materials
  • Understand technical drawings to complete work to the desired result
  • Supervise the machines while they execute tasks and make adjustments where necessary

SKILLS

  • Have working knowledge of FANUC controls
  • Able to use all handheld precision measuring equipment
  • Understanding of tolerances, geometric and surface finishing requirements
  • Manual machining would be advantageous

ROLE OFFERINGS

  • Monday
  • Friday FLEXIBLE working week
- £ £15.00 per hour

  • Overtime available
  • Company benefits package ( on site parking )
