- Lead and inspire a team of engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive technical innovation and achieve business goals, leveraging your expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture, GCP platform management, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Vertex AI Integration, and Wiz Security Control Integration.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to define project requirements, establish priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Experience managing teams of engineers and architects
- Experience across all GCP areas including; Architecture and Platform Management (Should be GCP Certified)
- Good understanding and experience with VertexAI & Integration & IoC (Infrastructure as Code) and WizSecurity
- Experience working with a Financial Services firm (Desirable)
