Description

• Provide legal advice to various departments within the company
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Participate in business meetings and decision-making processes
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel
• Provide training to company staff on legal matters

Profile

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

• A law degree
• 2+ year PQE
• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in the Transport & Distribution industry
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal issues related to business
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail
