Tradewind Recruitment Cardiff are on the search for hardworking and motivated individuals to work in schools in and around Cwmbran as a trainee teaching assistant.

This role is suitable for those who are looking for both full-time and part time positionsfrom January 2023.


We provide any additional support prior to you starting with our amazing TA School, preparing you with all the must know details of working as a teaching assistant, as well as our huge catalogue of CPD Courses run throughout the year.


The schools are constantly striving for balance and pride themselves on being an inclusive environment where everyone learns from each other daily.


  • Have a passion for wanting to work with children
  • Support SEND students both in mainstream and SEN schools
  • Be able to manage groups of pupils and deal with challenging behaviour
  • Be flexible and creative
  • Have the ability to build good relationships with both pupils and adults
The schools are all accessible with a train station or bus stop nearby.
