We are seeking a CSCS Welfare Cleaner to join our team in Watford. As a CSCS Welfare Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of welfare facilities on construction sites, including but not limited to canteens, changing rooms, offices and toilets.

Responsibilities:

• Clean welfare facilities on construction sites, including canteens, changing rooms, and toilets
• Ensure all surfaces, equipment, and areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
• Follow health and safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE
• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor or site manager
• Work collaboratively with other site staff to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Adhere to schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
