    Customer Assistant - Foods - Newcastle Silverlink
    Temporary Position 5th May to 1st June, 16 Hours
    Variety of shift patterns, mainly early mornings from 05:30 and late nights to 22:00, including Saturday and Sunday

    This job role involves working early mornings and means we cant consider applications from anyone under the age of 18.

    As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
    Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
    Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
    Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendationsand deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.
    Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
    Well give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
    High levels of customer service
    Takes accountability for planning and managing own workload efficiently
    Good level of digital capability
