A leading organisation focusing on battery cell research and manufacturing is currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Accountant. The successful candidate will manage a system of robust, timely and effective financial control, reporting and business support.The Commercial Accountant will:
Generate cost and sales reports to further assist with management decision making.
Create monthly analysis of sales and creation of KPI's for the sales team.
Support internal & External audit.
Engage, lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
Ensure external stakeholder and customer satisfaction by timely reporting i.e. funding, campaigns.
Support the generating of accurate period end accounts.
The Commercial Accountant will have:
Strong financial analysis experience with a good knowledge of Excel and be confident in creating models and manipulating data from ERP systems.
Ability to enforce and manage procedural control and governance.
Part accountant qualification.
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
